At First I Was Really Confused And Wasn’t Understanding What They Were Talking About, But Thats So True , I Believe For Me I Get Caught Up In My Emotions Innstead Of Thinking About The Song Itself !
The problem is…is that i know that sometimes this is what i’m like!!!:( know I really realise that i’ve gotta change today!!! :)
yea and i think it’s eye opening that although we may be singing and praising God we should really be thinking about what we are singing and sing to praise God not to look Christianly in front of the rest of the congregation.
so true Caitlin, i think that is something I fall into the trap of a lot just trying to look like I’m all on fire for God when I’m singing and just feeling all the emotions instead of actually focusing on what I am singing and why
yea and its something we all struggle with when we try to impress people with our “godliness”, but just a verse to remember;
1 Samuel 16:7
... Men look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”
Could someone write the lyrics from this video? I’m from Brazil and I would like to show this to my friends, but they will need a subtitles…
I got a piece here : http://christianlifetoday.net/wrong-worship-when-lyrics-says-it-all/
but some sentences are missing…
Haha! Is this what is really going through our leader’s minds?
this is horrible!!! i dont think the artists have even taken a moment to think about wat theyre saying in their song
It’s not horrible, it’s actually a, hmm, how would I put it best… a parody? Not quite right, but that’s pretty much it. It was part of a sermon on “Taking the Lord’s name in vain” and to me it makes a great point about not being a Sunday Christian.
