Is it true that God is everywhere at one time and can see what everyone is doing at once?
The simple answer to your question is “yes”.
The Bible teaches that God made everything and keeps everything going, and so is intimately aware of all that happens in what he has created.
One poet in the Bible expressed this aspect of God’s being from the following, personal perspective:
Psalm 139:1-16 (ESV)

O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
[2] You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from afar.
